Terms of Use
Published review draft. These policies have not yet been adopted. Final operator details and legal review are pending.
Review draft dated October 13, 2026. Published for review; not yet adopted. Effective date: the date displayed when the Academy adopts these Terms. Operator: Collective Souls Academy (the “Academy,” “we,” or “us”). Website: https://collectivesoulsacademy.com/. Proposed contact for notices: Reina_martha809@hotmail.com, subject to administrator confirmation.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern use of the Academy’s library, accounts, student desk, and any assistant or document-preparation features made available on the website. Where acceptance is required, you must affirmatively accept these Terms before using that feature. Continued browsing alone does not establish that you accepted a limitation requiring express agreement under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted features. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Account and document-preparation features are intended for adults age 18 or older. You must have authority to enter this agreement and may use another person’s information only with appropriate permission or another lawful basis.
2. Educational service; no professional representation
The Academy provides educational materials, organizational tools, and, when enabled, automated study and drafting assistance. Unless a separate written professional engagement expressly states otherwise, the Academy and its owners, administrators, instructors, and contributors do not act as your attorney, financial adviser, tax adviser, or court representative. Use does not create an attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege.
Materials attributed to Chris Nero, Kill Debt, or another author describe that source’s teachings or guidance. Their inclusion does not establish that a claim is legally valid, that a strategy applies to your circumstances, or that a court accepts it. We do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by a government, court, author, or outside service merely by linking to or discussing it.
Seek qualified professional advice when needed. Do not delay responding to a summons, attending a hearing, or meeting a deadline while waiting for the Academy or an automated response.
3. Assistant responses and court-document drafts
Automated responses may contain errors, incomplete analysis, outdated law, or inaccurate citations. Independently check material claims against current official sources. Court requirements depend on the state, court, case type, local rules, judge’s orders, and facts. State selection alone does not establish compliance.
Generated documents are drafts until the facts, court and case details, current rules, required forms, deadlines, signatures, service, exhibits, redactions, fees, and filing format have been checked. A checklist or readiness label is a preparation aid, not a court’s approval, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of acceptance or success. The Academy does not file, serve, sign, notarize, or represent you merely by generating a document.
Provide truthful information. Review every statement and citation before signing or submitting. Do not submit a document containing invented facts, false declarations, unsupported legal assertions, fabricated authorities, or an unauthorized signature. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a draft and for complying with applicable filing and service requirements. No outcome, debt cancellation, dismissal, award, or immunity is promised.
4. Accounts and private information
Use accurate account information, protect your password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share login credentials or impersonate another person. Owners must use their own authorized accounts; an administrator link by itself does not grant ownership or access.
Student notes are intended to be accessible to their account holder rather than other students. Authorized hosting administrators and service providers may access information when reasonably necessary for operation, support, security, or legal obligations. The service is not a confidential attorney-client portal. Do not upload unredacted Social Security numbers, full financial account numbers, passwords, sealed records, or unnecessary information about other people.
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Keep independent copies of important documents; uninterrupted availability and permanent storage are not guaranteed.
5. Content, uploads, and permitted use
You retain rights you hold in your own notes and uploads. You give the Academy a limited license to store, reproduce, process, and display that material as necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Private notes are not licensed for public publication. Uploading a file to the public library authorizes public access to that file and its library description; confirm sharing rights and remove confidential information first.
You must own uploaded material or have permission or another lawful basis to share it. A file being available online or previously shared in a group does not by itself give permission to republish it. We may restrict or remove material when rights, accuracy, privacy, safety, or legal compliance are reasonably in question.
Use the library for lawful study. Do not bypass access controls, harvest private information, upload malware, threaten or harass people, submit fraudulent filings, infringe intellectual-property rights, overload the service, or use it to facilitate unlawful conduct. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and restrictions. No blanket permission to redistribute the entire library is granted.
6. External resources and corrections
External sites, books, forms, search results, and services are independently operated. Links and references do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, security, or suitability. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Report broken links, inaccurate descriptions, privacy issues, or suspected infringement to the contact above, identifying the item and explaining the concern. We may investigate, correct, restrict, or remove content as appropriate. This reporting channel does not by itself establish statutory copyright safe-harbor eligibility or a registered designated agent.
7. Availability and termination
We may change or discontinue features, perform maintenance, and reasonably restrict accounts for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. These Terms do not authorize withholding a statutory privacy right or overriding a separate paid agreement. If charges are introduced, their price and applicable cancellation or refund terms must be disclosed before purchase.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or legal effectiveness. No provision excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy and its owners, administrators, instructors, and contributors are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including losses caused by reliance on an inaccurate draft, a missed deadline, or a third-party resource. Where permitted, aggregate liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid the Academy for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited, or other exclusions required by applicable law. Enforceability varies by jurisdiction.
9. Responsibility for unlawful submissions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse the Academy for reasonable losses and expenses from a third-party claim directly caused by your unlawful upload, knowing misrepresentation, or material violation of these Terms. This does not cover losses caused by the Academy’s own unlawful conduct and does not require you to waive protected consumer rights. We will notify you of such a claim and reasonably cooperate; no settlement may impose obligations on you without your consent.
10. Disputes and changes
Contact us first if you wish to resolve a concern informally. Informal contact does not suspend a court deadline or prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising statutory rights. This draft does not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive court or governing law; those provisions require jurisdiction-specific review after the operator’s location and legal identity are confirmed.
We will identify the effective date and give notice of material changes. Where law or the nature of the change requires renewed agreement, we will request it. Changes do not retroactively remove vested rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally permitted.
Owner review before adoption: Confirm the operator’s legal identity, location, and notice email; have locally qualified counsel review the age rule, professional-service scope, liability limits, and user-consent process. Implement visible policy links and versioned acceptance before enabling accounts or drafting features under these Terms. Do not advertise guaranteed “ready-to-file” compliance or guaranteed debt elimination.
