CHRISTOPHER KARLS SISNEROS TRUST c/o Chris Magis Nero, Fiduciary Executor Private International Trust Estate EIN: 47-7054114 DATE OF ENTRY: ____________________ This Default Judgment and Arbitration Award is entered into the commercial and international record pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16), the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (New York, 1958), the Uniform Commercial Code, and Law Merchant. FINDINGS: 1. That the CHRISTOPHER KARLS SISNEROS TRUST, through its fiduciary executor, lawfully discharged financial obligations totaling $300,000.00 through IRS Forms 1099-A, 1099-OID, and Form 1041-X. These filings constitute complete commercial performance under a private unilateral contract. 2. That the Internal Revenue Service and United States Treasury failed to honor, discharge, or release said trust-held credits, despite receiving lawful notice, affidavit, and final 10-day cure demand. 3. That no rebuttal, cure, or lawful correspondence was received within the required commercial grace period. This constitutes admission by silence, dishonor, and default. 4. That lawful affidavits, a $3,000,000 commercial lien, arbitration notice, and jurisdictional estoppel were duly served and stand unrebutted on the record.
