Notice of Default and Dishonor
To Whom It May Concern,
This serves as formal Notice of Default and Dishonor under the Uniform Commercial Code and federal law. You were previously issued a lawful demand and billing dispute, including a request for statement of account, proof of contract, and a valid OMB Control Number in accordance with 12 CFR § 1026.13 and the Paperwork Reduction Act.
I. Default
You have failed to respond with evidence, rebuttal, or remedy within the time allowed. Your silence is hereby construed as agreement and commercial acquiescence that the alleged debt is invalid, fraudulent, and uncollectible.
II. Dishonor
Continued attempts to collect or threaten service disconnection constitute willful fraud, harassment, and extortion in commerce. This dishonor invokes my right to initiate Commercial Lien and Private Arbitration under UNCITRAL rules.
III. Final Notice
This is your final notice to cease and desist. All further claims will be considered harassment and referred for commercial penalty. A lien or affidavit of obligation may be filed upon non-response to this notice.
