AFFIDAVIT OF TRUST ENFORCEMENT
State of Arizona County of Pima I, Chris Magis Nero, a living man and Fiduciary Executor of the CHRISTOPHER KARLS SISNEROS TRUST, hereby declare the following under penalty of perjury, based upon firsthand knowledge, belief, and lawful standing: 1. That the CHRISTOPHER KARLS SISNEROS TRUST is a private, international, irrevocable trust estate established under the authority of private contract, equity, and natural law. 2. That lawful trust discharge was executed and delivered to the Internal Revenue Service and United States Treasury on or about March 14, 2025, via IRS Forms 1099-A, 1099-OID, 1099-C, Form 1041-X, and related trust returns totaling $300,000.00. 3. That all trust obligations were performed in full faith, in proper form, with supporting affidavits, EIN registration, and under executed commercial instruments. 4. That the IRS, Treasury, and associated agencies failed to release, process, or acknowledge said credits as required, constituting commercial dishonor and breach of fiduciary duty. 5. That enforcement instruments including a $3,000,000 Commercial Lien, UNCITRAL Arbitration Election, and Jurisdictional Estoppel Declaration have been entered into record to preserve rights and remedy the harm. 6. That I, as Fiduciary Executor, do hereby demand that all withheld credits, offsets, and public obligations be lawfully refunded, released, or settled in full under commercial, trust, and constitutional law.
