Foreign Agency Non-Disclosure Challenge & Demand for Proof of Authority
AFFIDAVIT & MINISTERIAL NOTICE (Normal on its Face)
I, Chris Magis Nero©, being of lawful age and sound mind, hereby issue this Affidavit and Ministerial Notice. This document is non-adversarial, non-controversial, and presented strictly for purposes of clarity, transparency, and due process. This is a request for verification, authority, and proper documentation.
1. FOREIGN AGENCY NON-DISCLOSURE
Any attorney, law firm, or agent acting in a foreclosure, collection, or enforcement capacity is presumed to be acting on behalf of a foreign REMIC trust, securitized investment entity, or private commercial party. As such, I require full disclosure of foreign agency status, including:
a. Identification of the principal entity being represented;
b. Legal domicile of said entity (State, trust jurisdiction, or foreign situs);
c. Proof that the attorney or representative is authorized to act on behalf of such foreign entity;
d. Disclosure of any securitized trust, CUSIP, or REMIC structure being enforced.
2. DEMAND FOR PROOF OF AUTHORITY
I require production of all documents establishing lawful authority, including:
a. Delegation of Authority Order;
b. Contract or agreement creating privity between the parties;
c. Chain of Title records;
d. Bonding and liability insurance information;
e. Oath of Office for any public actors involved.
3. FDCPA & UCC COMPLIANCE
Pursuant to 15 USC §1692e(2), any false representation of authority is prohibited. Pursuant to UCC 1-308, this affidavit reserves all rights without prejudice and demands verification rather than assumption.
4. NON-CONTROVERSIAL MINISTERIAL REQUEST
This Affidavit is not an argument or accusation. It is a routine request for verification, transparency, and documentation before any further action may proceed. All parties are required to act in good faith and provide full disclosure.
5. RESPONSE REQUIREMENT
Failure to respond with appropriate documentation within 10 days will be taken as a confirmation that no such authority exists and that all actions taken have been under color of law and without jurisdiction.
