On June 7, 2018 you were served by Veterans Process LLC a NOTICE OF FAULT AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW AND ORDER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT, NOTICE TO ALL RESPONDENTS (RECEIVED JUNE 1, 2018) and on May 31, 2018 a copy was sent via Certified Mail No. 70162140000004143926 which you received on June 4, 2018 at 10:27 am, with no response. 10. Then on June 13, 2018 you were served by Veterans Process LLC A NOTICE OF DEFAULT and a hard copy was mailed on June 8, 2018 certified No. 70162140000004144176 which you received on June 11, 2018 at 10:25 am, with no response. 11. On June 15, 2018 you were served by Veterans Process LLC A NOTICE OF DEFAULT CONFESSIONS AND ADMISSIONS NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND TRESSPASS ( RECEIVED ON JUNE 5, 2018) hard copy sent via Certified Mail No. 70162140000004144480 which you received on June 15, 2018 at 7:07 am, with no response. Notice of Default, Confessions, Stipulations and Admissions, sent via certified mail number 7016 2140 0000 0414 4480, dated June 15, 2018, with a True Bill in the amount of 15,180,000.00; all of Stephen Baquet, sent via Certified Mailing Number 7016 2140 0000 0414 4022, which was received by respondents on or around September 21, 2017, for the below listed respondent(s) to respond to and/or act on. Having received no response from below listed respondents, a Final Notice of Dishonor, providing additional Opportunity to Cure, along with all of the above listed documents, was sent out, via Certified Mail Number 7017 1000 0000 9012 4163 on October 16, 2017, allowing an additional five (5) days to respond, with three (3) included for return mailing. As of this date, the eighth day of the eleventh month in the year two thousand and seventeen (November 8, 2017), the undersigned Notary Public has not received a timely response and answer by lawful and legal definition to the re-presentation of the documents cited above, from the Respondents listed below: DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C.
