SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF PIMA
SUPPLEMENTAL JUDICIAL NOTICE AND DEMAND TO STRIKE VOID ORDER
Comes now, Chris Magis Nero©, appearing in propria persona, to respectfully provide this Supplemental Judicial Notice concerning fraudulent signatures, seal deficiencies, and oath-of-office violations that render the purported order entered under the name "HON. KYLE BRYSON" null and void ab initio.
1. The Oath of Office on file for the alleged judge contains the name "Kyle A Bryson," a partial legal form lacking full name declaration. The court order bears a different form: "KYLE BRYSON." This mismatch violates Canon 21 and foundational rules requiring uniform identification in all judicial actions.
2. There is no blue ink wet signature, no raised seal, and no verification of the identity behind the digital signature line appearing with ID hash “1db43a82-5660-405a-84cc-df6a56b50b2e.” This renders the instrument legally defective and commercially void.
3. Relevant Legal Authority: • Canon 21: “A name is the foundation of legal capacity. All instruments shall be signed by the full Christian and surname.” • 28 U.S.C. § 453: Requires lawful oath of office before judicial acts. • ARS § 12-122: Requires court seal on all court process. • Ariz. R. Civ. P. Rule 58: Judgments without proper signature/seal are not effective. • Windsor v. McVeigh, 93 U.S. 274 (1876) • U.S. v. Throckmorton, 98 U.S. 61 (1878) • Mireles v. Waco, 502 U.S. 9 (1991) • F.R.C.P. Rule 60(b)(4): Fraud or lack of jurisdiction voids judgment.
4. This Court is now on judicial notice of these fatal defects. The undersigned demands the order be STRICKEN FROM THE RECORD and that no further acts be taken under color of law without a sworn, valid, and matching oath of office, full legal signature, and proper seal.
