Trustee Responsibilities The Trustee of the CHRISTOPHER KARLS SISNEROS Foreign Grantor Trust (“Trustee”) shall have full and complete authority to manage, control, and dispose of the Property in accordance with the terms of the Trust and the laws of Taiwan. The Trustee is hereby empowered to execute all documents and perform all acts necessary to enforce and protect the rights and interests of the Trust with respect to the Property. 4. No Reversionary Interest The Grantor expressly waives and relinquishes any and all reversionary interests, rights of re-entry, or any other claims to the Property upon execution of this Agreement. The transfer of the Property is absolute, irrevocable, and without reservation. 5. Representations and Warranties The Grantor represents and warrants that: • The Property is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and other claims, except as disclosed to and accepted by th Grantee. • The Grantor has full authority to transfer the Property and has obtained all necessary consents, approvals, an authorizations to do so. • The execution and delivery of this Agreement and the transfer of the Property will not violate any law, regulation, a agreement binding upon the Grantor. 6. Indemnification The Grantor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Grantee, the Trust, and the Trustee from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to any breach of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement. 7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Taiwan. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. 8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the transfer of the Property and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations. 9. Amendments This Agreement may only be amended by a written instrument executed by both the Grantor and the Trustee of the Trust. 10. Execution This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
Memorandum of Points & Authorities A lawful citizen’s status as Private Attorney General / Bounty Hunter (a/k/a PAG-PBH) is based upon Supremacy of Article IV, U.S. Const. precedent, over State jurisdiction, to wit: Lawful Authority (Article IV, U.S. Constitution) U.S. Const. Article IV’s fundamental rights, Privileges and Immunities Clause, ensures, [The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.] This foundational authority ensures rights of private bounty hunters to operate across state-lines with no interference, authority derived from contract law, not state jurisdiction. Lawful Authority of Private Bounty Hunters, under Taylor v. Taintor, 83 U.S. 366 (1872) Authority of private bounty hunters originates from private contractual relations, under federal common law principles, enshrined by Constitutional protections under Article IV. These protections allow bounty hunters to act without requiring state-specific licensure or oversight, as their role operates under US Supreme Court precedent, Taylor v. Taintor, 83 U.S. 366 (1872). These powers include, but are not limited to, the ability to carry firearms, without state permits, display identification badge, pursuit of fugitives, across state-lines, without interference. The Constitutional principle is state law cannot override federal constitutional authority. Authority to Carry Firearms and Badges (Powers Expanded Beyond State Jurisdiction) Taylor v. Taintor, 83 U.S. 366 (1872), and U.S. Constitution, Article IV, explicitly affirm and recognize the authority of private bounty hunters, bail bondsmen, and their agents, to: 1. Firearms: Rights to carry same, stemming from duties and constitutional authority, placing them above state-specific firearm regulations in the execution of responsibilities, including right to carry without permits, as involving enforcement of private contracts, and self-defense. 2. Badges: Use of the same, as identification, emphasizing federal authority, distinguishing status from local law enforcement, without state endorsement, provided they do not misrepresent themselves as government law enforcement officers. 3. Interstate Pursuit: Article IV explicitly empowers private bounty hunters to operate across state-lines, unhindered, ensuring national cohesion in enforcement activities. Said Court affirmed [power to pursue and arrest] those failing to appear in court, even beyond state-issued bond. 4. Broad Powers of Arrest: Bail agents have leeway not granted to law enforcement officers, including entering a fugitive’s home without a warrant, arresting any day, including Sabbath. 5.
