MEMORANDUM OF LAW
I. INTRODUCTION
This memorandum establishes that all financial, legal, and governmental systems operate under Trust Law.
Understanding trust structures is essential to asserting lawful authority and enforcing equitable remedies.
II. TRUST LAW GOVERNS ALL LAW
A trust consists of three key parties:
1. Settlor (Grantor) - Creates the trust and places assets into it.
2. Trustee - Manages assets with a fiduciary duty to the Beneficiary.
3. Beneficiary - Receives the benefits of the trust.
Most legal, banking, and government structures operate as trusts, placing the People as Beneficiaries while
entities act as Trustees. However, many Trustees breach their fiduciary duty, violating equity and contract law
principles.
III. MONEY, BANKING, AND TRUST LAW
All modern banking operates under a trust structure:
- Depositing money into a bank establishes a trustee-beneficiary relationship.
- The bank is a Trustee with a fiduciary obligation to the depositor.
- However, banks use depositors' funds for their own profit, breaching this duty.
Fiat currency is a trust instrument - it holds value only because the public (Beneficiaries) trusts the system.
Under UCC 3-104, Federal Reserve Notes are classified as negotiable instruments, reinforcing their
debt-based nature.
IV. COURTS AND EQUITY UNDER TRUST LAW
Courts operate in equity, which derives from trust law. Judges act as Trustees, applying equitable principles
to ensure fairness. However, if a Beneficiary does not assert their rightful standing, courts may treat them as
Trustees instead, subjecting them to legal obligations rather than equitable relief.
V. ENFORCING TRUST LAW IN FINANCIAL MATTERS
To assert authority under trust law:
1. Declare Beneficiary Status - Clearly state that you are the Beneficiary.
2. Demand Trustee Accountability - Hold banks, courts, and agencies liable for their fiduciary obligations.
3. Invoke the Law of Equity - Demand specific performance based on equitable principles.
4. Use UCC and Trust Law Together - Enforce legal filings with trust law foundations.
VI. NEXT STEPS
1. File this Memorandum in legal proceedings to assert Beneficiary status.
2. Use this framework in UCC filings to challenge financial misconduct.
3. Send formal notices demanding Trustee compliance.
4. Reinforce legal standing in court by asserting the trust relationship.
